HIITBOP Using traditional HIIT* exercises but choreographing them to the best dance tunes of the 90’s, 00’s and now HIITBop takes the monotony out of ordinary interval training, no timers, no counting, instead all the intervals are created using 64 beats of intense exercise followed by 32 beats of active rest, letting you enjoy the music and concentrate on your technique!
