Service Description

This class uses metabolic conditioning to transform your body quickly and effectively. If you regularly attend this class and do 2 extra sessions per week from home, your metabolism will soon be functioning on a whole other level. It will be completely different from where it was when you started. It will be renewed. That means that you will not only burn fat and shape lean muscles, you will reinvigorate your body and feel healthier than you have in a long time. Designed for women, this workout taps in to the unique fat burning capabilities driven by our hormones. The best thing about these workouts is that you only need to do 3 x 20 minute intensive sessions per week, the rest is walk in the park, literally! During our sessions we will push ourselves until we are forced to rest several times within a 20 minute cardio and strength based workout, this triggers the production of human growth hormone (hgh) which will enhance fat burning and promote the development of lean muscle. During the session you push as hard as you can and rest when you need to, which is referred to as Individualised Interval Training or IIT as it works specifically around your own capabilities. To get the most out of this training system it is recommended that you also get 1 hour of moderate exercise (walking is perfect) every day, this can be broken up into smaller walks throughout the day.
